JB Mangharam Industry will increase investment in keeping with its promise in Gwalior RIC
B Mangharam Foods Private Limited Company is planning to increase its investment in Gwalior in keeping with its promise in the Regional Industry Conclave held in Gwalior last August in the presence of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. In this connection, officials associated with the Factory management met Collector Smt. Ruchika Chauhan and informed her about the investment. The management of the Company, which has become a part of Britannia Industries, informed that Britannia is going to make a big investment in manufacturing wafer biscuits in its unit located in Gwalior in North India. Britannia currently manufactures this biscuit only in South India. Wafer biscuits are one of the most favourite biscuits among children.
Officials of Mangharam Foods Private Limited management said that as intended by the Madhya Pradesh Government, the new investment going to be made in Gwalior unit will be dedicated to women. Wafer biscuit manufacturing work in the unit will be carried out totally by the women’s wing. This will lead to both economic and social empowerment of women in Gwalior region thus making their families prosperous. Collector Smt. Chauhan assured the Mangharam factory management that the state government and district administration of all possible support in the expansion of the factory.
JB Mangharam factory will also provide insurance to outsourced employees
Collector Smt. Ruchika Chauhan asked the JB Mangharam factory management JB Mangharam which reached Collectorate to discuss with the district administration regarding increasing investment in Gwalior, to provide benefits of other insurance services including health insurance to the outsourced employees of the company. The factory management happily accepted this and said that about 700 to 800 outsourced employees work in the factory. The company will pay the premium for health and term insurance to them, so that all of them can be insured.
