Second Convocation of Apex University Held – “Everyone Should Have Equal Opportunities for Development, and Universities Should Be the Carriers of This,” Says Governor – Education Makes a Person Humane
Jaipur, October 25: Governor Shri Haribhau Bagde emphasized that education makes individuals humane and called for efforts to contribute to the nation’s and society’s development through education. He highlighted the role of education in building a developed India.
Speaking at the second convocation ceremony of Apex University on Friday, Shri Bagde referred to the ancient universities of Takshashila and Nalanda, noting that they offered comprehensive education across various subjects. He said that the New Education Policy similarly emphasizes the need for students to be proficient in all subjects and achieve holistic development.
The Governor stressed the importance of universities cultivating an understanding of India’s knowledge traditions and described education as the fundamental link that connects the individual with society. He urged efforts to ensure equal development for all through education.
Earlier, the Governor conferred degrees and medals to the students and wished them a bright future.
