Minister Animal Husbandry Visits Udaipur Saras Dairy.
Jaipur : The State Minister of Animal Husbandry, Cow Rearing, and Devasthan, Zoraram Kumawat, visited Udaipur Saras Dairy on Wednesday.
Minister Mr. Kumawat observed the milk processing, quality control, and milk product manufacturing sections, gaining information about the production processes for ghee, buttermilk, lassi, paneer, shrikhand, flavored milk, kulfi, mawa, and peda by Udaipur Milk Union. He appreciated the efforts made by Udaipur Milk Union. He instructed to expand and beautify the Shabari Parlor located within the premises to make it attractive and appealing. He emphasized increasing dairy activities in villages, linking more livestock owners to the dairy business, and maintaining the quality of milk and dairy products. He also suggested incorporating innovations similar to those of other dairies. Initially, the Milk Union President, Dalchand Dangi, welcomed Minister Mr. Kumawat by adorning him with a traditional turban and shawl. Managing Director Vipin Sharma briefed the minister on all the union’s activities and progress, as well as the various welfare schemes run by the union for milk producers.
