Big Benefits for Citizens on State Government’s First Anniversary: 1 Lakh Women to Become Lakhpati Didi

Rs 150 Crore for 5 Lakh Children in Palanhar Scheme, AgriStack to Provide Digital Services for Farmers – Chief Minister Shri Bhajanalal Sharma

Jaipur : Chief Minister Shri Bhajanalal Sharma stated that the state government, continuing on its path of ‘Our Leading Rajasthan,’ will empower citizens by providing several benefits on its first anniversary. Various departments will implement long-term programs and innovations for the welfare of youth, women, farmers, and workers across different sections.

In a review meeting of ongoing projects held on Wednesday at the Chief Minister’s Office, Shri Sharma announced that in December, on the occasion of the government’s anniversary, Rs 150 crore will be transferred to 1.5 lakh construction workers. Additionally, 2,000 differently-abled individuals will be provided with scooters, and camps will be set up in each district to distribute assistive materials and devices to 10,000 differently-abled people. Approximately Rs 150 crore will be transferred to 5 lakh children under the Palanhar Scheme.

The Chief Minister mentioned that the state government will take a significant step toward the economic empowerment of women by enabling 1 lakh women to become “Lakhpati Didi” on the first anniversary. This will encourage women’s entrepreneurship and allow them to participate actively in achieving the goal of a developed Rajasthan. Furthermore, the state government will extend financial support to 10,000 self-help groups through revolving and community investment funds. The Rajsakhi portal will also be launched to provide financial assistance to nearly 4.5 million self-help group members. These initiatives and programs will create more employment opportunities for women.

Tablets for 9,000 Patwaris

Shri Sharma stated that the state government is committed to promoting digital technology in agriculture for the overall development of farmers. On the first anniversary, 9,000 patwaris will receive tablets from the Revenue Department. AgriStack will be launched in Sikar district to provide digital services like Girdawari to farmers. In addition, online services for Seemajnan application, mutual consent-based division, and name transfer will be initiated. Under the Digital India Land Records Modernization Program (DILRMP), new records will start in Amet, Uniara, Siwana, and Pipad tehsils after the completion of surveys and re-surveys.

During the event, Chief Secretary Shri Sudhansh Pant, Additional Chief Secretary Finance Shri Akhil Arora, Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister’s Office Shri Shikhar Agarwal, Principal Secretary (Chief Minister) Shri Alok Gupta, Principal Secretary Revenue Shri Dinesh Kumar, along with senior officials from relevant departments, were present.
