Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai told the successful candidates in the merit list of the Civil Services Examination 2023 of the Public Service Commission that you people have secured the top position in the difficult Civil Services Examination conducted by the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission, you have definitely become a role model for the young generation. You have achieved this feat with your hard work, determination and dedication. This success of yours is also the success of your family, your teachers. The young colleagues who want to achieve similar success in the future will now look towards you. They would like to know how you prepared for this success, how much hard work you did. I am happy that young talents like you will now take up important responsibilities in the administration. I have to say to you that with the same transparency with which you have been selected, you should discharge your responsibilities with the same transparency and become a partner in achieving our goal of establishing good governance in the state.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that you will also have to always remember that in future your role will be that of a public servant. You will have to always keep patience, humility and the limits of a public servant in the discharge of your responsibilities. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai said this during a dialogue with the candidates selected in the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission year 2023 examination invited to his residence today. He wished all the selected candidates and their families the best and congratulated them for their success.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that all of you are going to play your role in the development of Chhattisgarh. All of you have to make efforts sensitively towards maintaining the trust of the administration among the general public. He said that the resolution of a developed India kept by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi can be fulfilled only by being determined like the thinking of Swami Vivekananda and former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee. All of you have to move forward towards achieving your life goals with these ideals.

The Chief Minister said that our government has decided to conduct the prestigious examination of Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission with complete transparency and this is clearly visible in the examination results. This day has become special for the common people and those who work hard have won. The Chief Minister said that we are also working towards making competitive examinations more transparent and better.

Chief Minister Shri Sai learned from the candidates about the challenges they faced during the examination and their experiences. Shri Sai also discussed with their family members and took feedback on the doubts they had in their minds regarding transparency in the Public Service Commission examination in the past and the transparency that came after the corrective measures. During this program, the toppers shared their success experiences and dedicated the credit of their success to their parents and teachers.

During this, Chief Minister Mr. Sai presented books and citations based on the life of Swami Vivekananda, late revered Atal ji and Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi to all the toppers of the Civil Services Examination, Mr. Ravi Shankar Verma, Mrs. Mrinmayee Shukla, Ms. Aastha Sharma, Ms. Kiran Singh Rajput, Ms. Nandini Sahu, Mr. Sonal Yadav, Mr. Divyansh Chauhan, Mr. Shashank Kumar, Mr. Puneet Verma, Mr. Uttam Kumar.
