Include meditation and yoga in daily life: Ranbir Gangwa
Chandigarh – Haryana Public Health Engineering and Public Works Minister, Sh. Ranbir Gangwa emphasised that incorporating meditation and yoga into daily routines can bring positive changes to life. He described meditation and spirituality as key sources of peace, which significantly enhance mental strength.
Sh. Ranbir Gangwa was speaking as the Chief Guest at the 23rd anniversary of the Brahma Kumaris’ Om Shanti Retreat Center in Bhora Kalan village, Gurugram. MLA, Pataudi, Smt. Bimla Chaudhary was also present in the programme.
After inaugurating the programme by lighting the ceremonial lamp, Sh. Gangwa said that God resides within every individual. He highlighted that Sanatan culture promotes not only personal well-being but also the welfare of the entire world.
He further stated that spirituality makes individuals unique, and recognising one’s spiritual side can simplify life, foster positivity, and energise all aspects of work.
