CMO Honors ALS Ambulance Staff in Two-Day Training Camp

The Uttar Pradesh government has undertaken commendable efforts to enhance healthcare facilities for the state’s residents by providing free ALS ambulance services. These services have been successfully operated by Medicare 365 Private Limited for over 30 months. As part of their ongoing commitment to excellence, the staff involved in the ALS ambulance service underwent a special two-day training camp organized by the state government.

The training camp, held at the Government Health School & Training Center in Teliyar Ganj, Prayagraj, was presided over by Dr. Ashu Pandey, the Chief Medical Officer, and Additional CMO/Nodal Officer, Ambulance Doctor R.C. Pandey. The event aimed to equip the ambulance staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver prompt and effective medical assistance to patients.

During the training sessions, Dr. Shiv Shankar Prasad from Medicare emphasized the importance of providing primary care to critically ill patients, ensuring their safety and well-being from the moment they are reached out to until they are transported to the hospital. The sessions also covered essential responsibilities, including responding to emergency calls, arriving promptly at the scene, and safely transporting patients.

The dedication and hard work of the EMTs and drivers were duly recognized and appreciated by Dr. Ashu Pandey and Nodal ALS Ambulance/Additional CMO Dr. R.C. Pandey. They commended the staff for their commitment to excellence in serving the community and presented them with accolades and tokens of appreciation.

In attendance at the training camp were various officials and employees of Medicare 365, including HR Head Alexander Jan, District Officer Umesh Chandra Yadav, Maintenance Officer Saurabh Kumar, and other dignitaries. Their presence underscored the collective commitment towards providing quality healthcare services to the people of Uttar Pradesh.

The training camp served as a platform for not only enhancing the skills of the ambulance staff but also fostering a sense of camaraderie and teamwork among them. It emphasized the importance of continuous learning and improvement in delivering emergency medical services efficiently and effectively.

As the ALS ambulance service continues its crucial role in providing timely medical assistance to those in need across Uttar Pradesh, such training initiatives play a vital role in ensuring that the staff remains well-prepared and equipped to handle any emergency situation with utmost professionalism and competence.
