“Pok will be a part of India within six months”, declares CM Yogi.
Lok Sabha 24 : Palghar – In a significant declaration, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said on Saturday that once Prime Minister Narendra Modi secures his third term in office, within six months, Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) will be a part of India.
Addressing an election rally at Nalasopara West, Yogi Adityanath said, ““The situation in Pakistan is dire; it cannot manage PoK, and the people of PoK want to join India. It requires courage and strength to make such an impact on people, qualities that the Congress and I.N.D.I alliance lack.” He then urged the public to vote for the party candidate, Hemant Sanwara.
Emphasizing that Prime Minister Modi embodies the ideals of Chhatrapati Shivaji’s ‘Hindavi Swarajya’, Yogi Adityanath remarked that anyone casting a malevolent gaze towards India faces severe consequences today. Yogi asserted that the electorate is decisively rejecting Congress in this election, stating “Is chunav mein janta congress ka visarjan kar rahi hai” (People are immersing Congress in this election).’ He also mentioned the ban on offering Namaz on streets and the removal of loudspeakers from mosques in Uttar Pradesh.
Directing criticism towards the I.N.D.I alliance, he suggested that those who praise Pakistan should relocate there and seek assistance. CM Yogi also announced the upcoming focus on Mathura following the developments in Kashi and Ayodhya. He asserted that only a devotee of Lord Ram will ascend to power in Delhi.
Yogi Adityanath also paid tribute to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and revolutionaries Raghav Ji Bhagre and Shri Krishna Ji Rao who awakened the spirit of ‘Hindavi Swarajya’ on the occasion. He remarked that during his previous visit, Congress had faced its decline.
Criticizing Congress leaders, along with Uddhav Thackeray and Sharad Pawar, CM Yogi remarked that they once claimed that even if BJP members were reborn a hundred times, they still wouldn’t be able to build the Ram temple. “Even then, we used to say, ‘Ramlala hum aayenge, mandir wahi banayenge.’ We fulfilled our promise and demonstrated it as well.”
In a sharp critique of the opposition, the CM asserted that members of the I.N.D.I alliance claim that if the Congress coalition government is formed, they will dictate the fate of the Ram temple. He retorted, “Ram Lala will not let them reach Delhi.” He highlighted their threats, suggesting that if a decision favouring Hindus was made, riots would ensue. “Despite these warnings, the Ram Mandir was constructed, and Ram Lalla was installed without a single disturbance. There has not been a single riot in UP in the last 7 years”, he asserted.
The Chief Minister emphasized that previously, powerful mafias posed a threat to the safety of both daughters and businessmen. “We took decisive action against them, using bulldozers to dismantle their operations. Namaz is no longer offered on streets and loudspeakers have been removed from mosques in UP”.
“We must honour India’s great figures to build a stronger nation. Every daughter deserves complete security, every entrepreneur should be safeguarded, and every young person deserves employment opportunities. This ethos reflects the essence of Chhatrapati Shivaji’s vision of ‘Hindavi Swarajya’, which Modi ji is championing.”
He further emphasized, “In the last decade, India’s prestige has surged, our borders are fortified, and the menace of terrorism and Naxalism has been subdued. Even the slightest disturbance prompts Pakistan to swiftly provide explanations, distancing itself from any wrongdoing. This exemplifies the ethos of the new India—it does not provoke, but if provoked, it responds resolutely.”
Yogi highlighted the past approach of Congress, recalling how terrorists would carry out blasts, and Congress leaders would attribute the incidents to perpetrators from across the border. He posed a poignant question, querying the necessity of India’s missiles if such threats persisted. CM Yogi hailed Prime Minister Modi’s decisive action of entering Pakistan to neutralize terrorists, citing reports from British newspapers detailing the elimination of major terrorist figures in Pakistan by Indian forces. He emphasized India’s commitment to justice, asserting that those who harm Indian citizens will face the consequences they deserve.
He depicted the emergence of a new India under Modi’s leadership, one that marches forward on the path of development without faltering, without fear, and hesitation.
Furthermore, Yogi lamented the plight of the poor during the Congress rule, highlighting their struggles with hunger. He praised Modi’s initiative to provide free ration to 80 crore people, noting that India has lifted more individuals out of poverty and granted them a better life than the entire population of Pakistan. CM Yogi said, “Those who sing the praises of Pakistan should rather go there and beg, instead of becoming a liability on India.”
The Chief Minister stated that Kashi Vishwanath Dham is radiating with splendour today. He noted the close ties between Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh, recalling that Gaga Bhatt of Kashi anointed Chhatrapati Shivaji and bestowed upon him the title of Chhatrapati.
He also mentioned that the kings of Maharashtra constructed various ghats in Kashi. He added: “After the developments in Kashi and Ayodhya, the focus has now shifted to Mathura. Our Krishna Kanhaiya has already proclaimed his commitment to safeguarding the virtuous and defeating the treacherous. Today the whole country is echoing with ‘Jo Ram ko laaye hain hum unko layenge.’”
On this occasion, BJP Maharashtra President Chandrashekhar Bawankule, Palghar candidate Hemant Sanwara, Minister Ravindra Chavan, MP Rajendra Gavit, MLA Nitish Rane, Ravindra Pathak, Rani Dwivedi, Mahendra Patil, Rajan Naik, Vishwanath Patil, Nilesh Toladkar, Sneha Dubey, Nand Kumar Patil and other dignitaries were present.
