This Nation Belongs to Every Citizen; A Strong and United India Stands Firm Today—Let Us Preserve This Unity

Republic Day Greetings from Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar

Mumbai : On the occasion of the 76th Republic Day, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar extended his heartfelt greetings to the people of the state. He emphasized that this day is a moment to bow in gratitude before the brave sons of Bharat Mata, who sacrificed their lives to safeguard the country’s freedom, unity, integrity, sovereignty, constitution, democracy, and borders.

Highlighting the sacrifices of India’s great freedom fighters and their families, Pawar reminded citizens that the strength to preserve the nation’s freedom, unity, and sovereignty lies in its Constitution, democratic system, and the principle of secularism. He urged the people of Maharashtra to resolutely commit to protecting and promoting these ideals.

In the 76 years since independence, the nation’s farmers, laborers, traders, entrepreneurs, teachers, researchers, soldiers, writers, athletes, and artists have worked tirelessly to enhance India’s glory. Every citizen has contributed to the country’s progress and development.

“This nation belongs to every citizen. A strong and united India stands firm today because of our collective unity. Let us preserve and strengthen this unity,” Pawar declared in his Republic Day message, filled with determination and hope.
