CM Dr. Yadav reviews preparations for the program to be held in the Dham with Bageshwar Dham.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav likened Bundelkhand to a Phoenix rising from the ashes, symbolizing its resilience and strength. He stated that the brave warriors of this land will always be remembered for their unmatched valor and courage. The region takes pride in its glorious heritage, shaped by legendary figures such as Alha Udal and Maharaja Chhatrasal. Dr. Yadav made these remarks while reviewing preparations for the anticipated visit of President Smt. Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to Bageshwar Dham at the Maharaja Chhatrasal Convention Center in Khajuraho. He emphasized that the event should be conducted with utmost dignity and excellence, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav highlighted Bundelkhand’s achievements, stating that the region was home to the first river-linking project, the first international airport, and the first five-star hotel. He announced that Prime Minister Narendra Modi would personally attend the groundbreaking ceremony for the new cancer hospital, marking a historic moment for the region. Bageshwar Dham Peethadheeshwar Pt. Dhirendra Krishna Shastri emphasized the uniqueness of the initiative, noting that this would be the first time a hospital is being established within a temple premises. He expressed gratitude to all those involved in making it possible. MP Shri Sharma stressed the vision of making Bundelkhand greener and more prosperous. Praising the Chief Minister’s proactive governance, he remarked that while many have engaged in political tourism in Bundelkhand, Dr. Yadav took a decisive step toward transforming the region. He commended the Chief Minister’s support for organizing a symposium aimed at shaping Bundelkhand’s future, calling it a timely and significant initiative that would bring lasting change to the region.

On this occasion, MP Khajuraho V.D. Sharma, Minister of State for Forest and Environment Shri Dilip Ahirwar, MLA Chhatarpur Smt. Lalita Yadav, Bijawar MLA Rajesh Shukla, Rajnagar MLA Shri Arvind Pateria, District Panchayat President Smt. Vidya Agnihotri, former MLA Shri Umesh Shukla, former MLA Shri Pradyumna Singh Lodhi along with other public representatives and dignitaries were present.

Toured the event venuc

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inspected the venue of the program along with Peethadheeshwar Shri Shastri of Bageshwar Dham, Public Works Minister Shri Rakesh Singh, public representatives and administrative officials. He instructed that better preparations should be ensured within the time limit. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav performed Puja along with Peethadheeshwar Shri Shastri at Balaji Temple.
