Knife Attack in Haifa Leaves One Dead, Four Injured

Haifa, Israel – A knife attack in Haifa on Monday left one person dead and four others injured, Israeli police confirmed. Authorities reported that the attacker was “neutralized,” according to AFP. Emergency responders from Magen David Adom pronounced a man, approximately 70 years old, dead at the scene. Among the injured, three were in critical condition, while one sustained moderate injuries.

This incident follows a vehicular attack just three days earlier on Highway 65 near the Pardes Hanna-Karkur intersection. Israeli police are investigating that incident as a potential terror attack. The suspect, a 24-year-old Arab Israeli from Ma’ale Iron, was shot and killed by security forces.
