Devnani Inaugurates ‘Rajasthan Ek Sankalp’; Mexican Delegation and Students Visit Rajasthan Legislative Assembly

Jaipur : Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Speaker Shri Vasudev Devnani inaugurated the special edition of the fortnightly publication Rajasthan Ek Sankalp at his official residence on Friday. The edition, published in Hindi and Sindhi, features special articles on Cheti Chand, Navratri, prominent tourist destinations, Lord Jhulelal, Swami Teuram, and freedom fighter Hemu Kalani. Shri Devnani appreciated the issue and congratulated editor Shri Uttam Tekwani. Several distinguished guests, including Shri Govind Ramnani and Shri Laxman Tek Chandani, were present on the occasion.

Mexican Delegation Visits Assembly Museum

A delegation from Mexico, visiting India under Rotary International’s World Peace, Friendship, and Harmony program, toured the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly. The members met Speaker Devnani and observed the workings of the parliamentary procedures. They also visited the Constitution Gallery and the Political Narrative Museum and expressed delight in learning about Rajasthan’s rich history, culture, and legal framework. The visit was organized by Rotary Club Jaipur Round Town. Advocate Devesh Kumar Bansal informed Shri Devnani that the initiative is part of Rotary International’s global efforts to promote peace and friendship.

College Students Explore the Assembly

Economics and Political Science students from Parishkar College also visited the Rajasthan Assembly on Friday. They explored the Assembly chamber and building, gaining insights into the state’s legislative functioning.
