State Government Fulfilling the Vision of ‘Development with Heritage’ – Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma

Union Home and Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Shah stated that the 108-Kundiya Mahamrityunjaya Rudra Mahayagya, which has been ongoing for the past year, has played a significant role in uniting all sections of society, thanks to the efforts of Baba Basteenath Ji. He called the event a remarkable initiative for bringing people together, infusing spiritual values, and serving the environment. Shah noted that many devotees visiting the Baba Balnath Ashram pledged to renounce addictions and committed themselves to promoting social harmony.

Speaking at the grand conclusion (Mahapurnahuti) of the Mahayagya and the Sanatan Sammelan in Paota, Kotputli-Behror district, Shah emphasized that Baba Balnath Ji championed truth, penance, renunciation, service, and natural living, leaving behind a powerful spiritual legacy now carried forward by Baba Basteenath Ji. He also acknowledged the contribution of the Nath sect in empowering Sanatan Dharma through various spiritual leaders and energy bearers.

Shah highlighted Baba Balnath Ji as a great yogi who established 84 sacred dhoonis across the country and abroad, dedicating his life to spiritual service. His intense penance at this site, Shah said, has spiritually energized the region, providing hope and transformation to many who arrive in despair.

PM Committed to the Revival of Sanatan Culture – CM Bhajanlal Sharma

Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is deeply committed to the revival of Sanatan culture and national welfare. The state government, aligned with the PM’s vision of “development with heritage,” is also taking steps to promote cultural and spiritual advancement.

He added that it was due to the Prime Minister’s unwavering dedication and spiritual resolve that the nation witnessed the consecration of Lord Ram in the grand temple at Ayodhya, fulfilling a 500-year-long dream. Sharma also referenced the revitalization of Kashi Vishwanath Dham, Mahakal Lok in Ujjain, the redevelopment of Somnath, and the reconstruction of Kedarnath valley as key milestones in this era.

Shah’s Leadership and Vision an Inspiration for the Nation

CM Sharma praised Amit Shah’s leadership and foresight, calling it an inspiration for the entire country. As Home Minister, Shah has ensured the nation’s internal security through bold decisions like the abrogation of Article 370 and strengthening of border security. In his role as Cooperation Minister, Shah is empowering rural economies and elevating cooperative institutions. His efforts, Sharma said, are bringing Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay’s vision of Antyodaya—upliftment of the last person—into reality.

Sharma also paid tribute to the late Siddha Yogi Baba Balnath Ji Maharaj, whose life was dedicated to the welfare of humanity and the strengthening of Sanatan Dharma through such spiritual events.

Prior to the event, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, CM Bhajanlal Sharma, and Union Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav visited the samadhi of Baba Balnath Ji, offering floral tributes and prayers for the prosperity of the state and nation. They then offered the purnahuti in the year-long Mahamrityunjaya Rudra Mahayagya and prayed for the well-being of the people. Later, they visited the Dhooni at the ashram and performed aarti at the Panchmukhi Mahakal Temple.

Also present at the event were Revenue and Colonization State Minister Vijay Singh, MP Rao Rajendra Singh, MLAs Kuldeep Dhankhad, Hansraj Patel, and Devi Singh Shekhawat, along with Shri Shri 108 Baba Basteenath Ji Maharaj and a large number of devotees.
