Lucknow : The Yogi government has taken a significant step forward in its commitment to developing world-class residential and non-residential infrastructure along the Yamuna Expressway. Under the visionary leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has introduced a new residential scheme near the expressway.

As part of this scheme, 276 plots measuring 200 square meters each will be allocated in Sector 18 (Pocket 9B). Special preference has been given to two reserved categories. Notably, 17.5% of the plots (48 plots) have been reserved for farmers whose land was acquired to construct YEIDA and Jewar Airport. Additionally, 5% of the plots (14 plots) are earmarked for applicants under the Functional Industrial Unit category. The remaining 77.5% (214 plots) are available for the general public.

The application process for this scheme began on Monday and will continue until May 21. Interested applicants can submit their applications through the official YEIDA website.
Under this scheme, the registration fee has been set at ₹3.50 lakh for SC/ST and ₹7 lakh for general category applicants. The cost of each plot is fixed at ₹35,000 per square meter.

It is worth mentioning that YEIDA received formal approval from the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) to launch this scheme just a few days ago.

Applicants will be selected for allotment through a draw on September 11. All plots will be leased for 90 years.

Applicants are advised to visit the official YEIDA website for complete details regarding registration and application procedures. ICICI Bank and the State Bank of India (SBI) have been designated as the scheme’s official banking partners.
