“Public Service Above All: Our Government Committed to Good Governance with Accountability and Transparency, Officials Directed to Resolve Grievances Promptly”

Jaipur – Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma emphasized that public service remains the highest priority for his government, in line with the Antyodaya philosophy of Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. He stated that addressing every issue faced by citizens and ensuring easy access to welfare schemes is the topmost agenda. The government, he reiterated, is working with a strong focus on good governance by ensuring transparency and accountability in administration.

CM Sharma was conducting a regular public grievance hearing at the Chief Minister’s residence on Monday, where hundreds of complainants gathered to share their problems. He personally listened to each case and issued directives to the concerned officials for their immediate resolution. The public expressed satisfaction with the Chief Minister’s prompt actions and sensitive approach.

He directed officials to resolve all grievances in a timely manner to provide quick relief to the complainants. He also instructed that officials must inform the complainant once their issue has been resolved. Stressing accountability, CM Sharma warned that strict action would be taken against any irresponsible personnel.

The Chief Minister addressed grievances related to several departments including Social Justice and Empowerment, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Agriculture, Home, Revenue, Irrigation, Transport, Animal Husbandry, Jaipur Development Authority, Municipal Corporation, Education, Health, Drinking Water, Information and Public Relations, MGNREGA, and Energy. A large number of citizens and public representatives were present during the session.
