Clean Tamil Nadu Company Limited (CTCL)

Applications are invited from eligible agencies for empanelment to collect and process sanitary waste and to carry out recycling operations.

Under the Swachh Bharat Mission, an integrated initiative called the “Clean Movement” has been launched with the aim of revolutionizing scientific management of sanitary waste generated daily in both urban and rural areas across Tamil Nadu. To implement this, the Clean Tamil Nadu Company Limited (CTCL) has been established.

As part of the Clean Movement, CTCL is actively engaged in promoting sustainable and integrated solid waste management throughout Tamil Nadu. In line with this, CTCL is taking initiatives to create a strong, coordinated framework to scientifically process sanitary waste using advanced technology and recycle the by-products effectively.

In this regard, CTCL intends to empanel competent organizations involved in the collection and processing of sanitary waste, as well as those involved in its recycling. Eligible companies should submit their completed applications to Clean Tamil Nadu Company Limited.

Once empanelled, these companies will be authorized to partner with urban and rural local bodies to carry out recycling and disposal of sanitary waste in a sustainable, professional, and environmentally compliant manner.
