Ensure Every Possible Effort for the Rehabilitation of Deinstituted, Nomadic, and Semi-Nomadic Families – Jaipur District Collector Directs Issuance of Identification Documents

Jaipur : Jaipur District Collector Dr. Jitendra Kumar Soni has issued directives to officials of the relevant departments to ensure the high-quality rehabilitation of deinstituted, nomadic, and semi-nomadic families in the district. In a meeting held on Monday in the Collectorate Auditorium, the District Collector reviewed the implementation and progress of welfare schemes for these communities.

Dr. Soni instructed officials to issue Nomadic Identification Cards to every eligible person belonging to the deinstituted, nomadic, and semi-nomadic categories between June 5 and June 20. He also directed them to facilitate the issuance of essential documents—such as Aadhaar cards, Jan Aadhar cards, caste certificates, Voter ID cards, and domicile certificates—as well as the distribution of land pattas (lease documents) to families in these categories.

Furthermore, the District Collector instructed officials to extend the benefits of the DTNT Housing Scheme (Deinstituted and Nomadic Tribes Housing Scheme) to these families.

P. Chandel; Deputy Director Mr. Jitendra Kumar Sethi; and other department officials.
