Investigate Housing Project Issues at Wanadongri and Submit Report: Minister of State for Housing Dr. Pankaj Bhoyar

Mumbai : Citizens have raised complaints regarding the condition of roads and sewage treatment in the housing project at Wanadongri under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). Taking these complaints seriously, Minister of State for Housing Dr. Pankaj Bhoyar has directed that a thorough investigation be conducted by MHADA and a detailed report be submitted promptly.

A meeting was held at the Mantralaya under the chairmanship of Dr. Bhoyar to address the grievances concerning the PMAY housing project located in Wanadongri (Taluka Hingna, District Nagpur). The meeting was attended by MLA Vikas Thakare, Deputy Secretary Ajit Kawale, Chief Engineer Shivkumar Ade, MHADA Nagpur Board Chief Officer Mahesh Meghmale, and Executive Engineer Rupesh Totewar.

Dr. Bhoyar instructed officials to investigate the letter of approval issued by the Wanadongri Municipal Council and the No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the concerned authorities. He emphasized that all amenities must be provided by the developer as per the terms and conditions laid out in the project agreement. The Minister further stated that developers must execute the work strictly in accordance with the rules and regulations.
