Land Dispute Among 6 Families Resolved Within Minutes, Court Case Withdrawn, Joy Evident on Faces

Thanks to the initiative of Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma under the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Antyodaya Sambal Fortnight 2025, a long-standing land dispute involving 30 people from 6 families was amicably resolved within minutes during a follow-up camp held at the tehsil level on Tuesday.

In the camp, Sundra, son of Juwara (Meena caste) and Jagdish, Nahra, Bajrang, and Sura, sons of Ramjeevan, residents of Ratanpura, submitted an application before Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) Rakesh Kumar and Tehsildar Ravi Shekhar Chaudhary of Fagi, informing them of an ongoing dispute regarding the passage to fields and a well. Due to the absence of a proper land division, the applicants were unable to utilize their respective portions of land. The matter had been pending in court and also registered with the local police station.

Recognizing the seriousness of the case, the SDO facilitated a mutual dialogue among the disputing parties. Following the official’s counsel, all parties agreed to withdraw the court case and reached a consensus over the 19 bighas of land spread across 10 land plots, affecting 30 individuals from 6 families. On-the-spot documentation of land division (Khurrejat) was completed.

The resolution of a years-old conflict in mere minutes, along with the withdrawal of the police case, brought visible relief and happiness to the families involved. The applicants expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Chief Minister and the district administration for organizing this life-changing camp under the Antyodaya Sambal Fortnight.

Pension Verification Brings Relief to Amar Chand Raigar and Geeta Devi Balai

As part of the same campaign, a block-level follow-up camp was held on Tuesday in Sambhar Lake Panchayat Samiti. Based on received requests, the Social Security Officer visited Naurangpura Gram Panchayat and verified the eligibility of Geeta Devi Balai and Amar Chand Raigar under the Specially Abled and Senior Citizen Respect Pension Schemes.

After the successful verification, both beneficiaries expressed immense relief and thanked the state government for conducting the follow-up camps under Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Antyodaya Sambal Fortnight.
