The initiative ‘Samvad Wari’ plays a crucial role in bringing government schemes to the common people – Chief Minister Eknath Shinde

Solapur : Under the auspices of the Directorate General of Information and Public Relations, the ‘Samvad Wari’ initiative is being rolled out to promote government schemes. This includes the ‘Chief Minister – Majhi Ladki Bahin’ scheme, a key initiative of the state government, which is being effectively publicized. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde emphasized that initiatives like ‘Samvad Wari’ are essential for ensuring that various government schemes reach the grassroots level.

Chief Minister Eknath Shinde visited the exhibition stall of the ‘Samvad Wari’ government scheme organized in Pandharpur during the Ashadhi Wari pilgrimage and reviewed the dissemination of schemes. Present at the event were Guardian Minister Chandrakant Patil, former MLA Prashant Parichara, and Deputy Director of Information for Pune Division, Dr. Purushottam Patodkar.

Reflecting on the significance of the Ashadhi Wari pilgrimage, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde highlighted that the ‘Samvad Wari’ initiative, accompanying the pilgrimage of Saint Shree Dnyaneshwar Maharaj Palkhi and Jagadguru Shri Tukaram Maharaj Palkhi from Pune, has been instrumental in bringing government schemes to villages along the Palkhi route and rest stops. The ‘Mukhya Mantri – Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana’ has effectively reached the grassroots through such initiatives, with Chief Minister Shinde commending the Information Department’s effective publicity efforts.

Deputy Director of Information, Mr. Patodkar, provided detailed information about the initiative to Chief Minister Shinde, outlining the various schemes showcased at the exhibition stall.

During the visit, Chief Minister Shri. Shinde inspected various schemes under the ‘Samvad Wari’ initiative and emphasized the need for meticulous planning to ensure that every deserving beneficiary, especially women covered under the ‘Chief Minister – Majhi Ladki Baheen’ scheme, benefits from its wide-reaching implementation.
