Aadhar is a broken system, claims Tripura Royal Scion.
Tripura’s Royal Scion, Pradyot Kishore Debbarman has blamed the broken Aadhar System by which corrupt officials are increasingly becoming responsible for its mass misuse, not only in Tripura, but all across the country posing a national threat.
TIPRA Motha, which is the ruling BJP’s partner in the Tripura government; its founder and royal scion Pradyot Kishore Debbarman, today made a clarion call for collective action against the growing menace of illegal migration for national security and securing the future of the next generation. Pradyot alleged that elements in Bangladesh have historically played a destabilising role in Tripura and the Northeast.
“In the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s, our indigenous youth were provoked and armed. Bangladesh supplied them guns, money, and shelter, and they carried out insurgent activities in the state and region, intending to undermine peace and brotherhood in the region. He expressed concern over recent political developments in Bangladesh following the exit of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, stating that anti-India sentiments are once again on the rise. After the fall of the Hasina government, a new leadership is likely to emerge in Bangladesh next year — one that may adopt a hostile stance against India, he warned.
Pradyot stressed that illegal migrants are not only infiltrating Tripura, but also acquiring land and Indian documents through corrupt networks and moving across the country to states like Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Assam, and Karnataka.
Citing past communal violence in Noakhali and Comilla, Pradyot urged people not to forget history. This is not about targeting anyone within Tripura. This is about protecting our land, our culture, and our country from those who are entering illegally with harmful intentions. Calling for unity beyond ethnic and regional lines, Pradyot added, “This is not just a fight of the tribal community. Everyone regardless of community must unite. We want brotherhood and harmony, but we also must be alert. This is a fight to protect the next generation land and resources”.
