Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will launch RIC in Sanskardhani Jabalpur
Bhopal : In its journey of balanced and equitable development in Madhya Pradesh, the state government is now organizing its second Regional Industry Conclave (RIC) at Sanskardhani-Jabalpur on Saturday, July 20 from 9 am. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will also inaugurate the Regional Industry Conclave to be held here by inaugurating the “Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Cultural and Information Centre” constructed for Rs 80 crore. The Conclave will be attended by more than 3500 industry leaders including leading industrialists, representatives of various industry associations, and prominent foreign delegates. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will virtually inaugurate more than 60 units and will also hold one-to-one discussions with industrialists.
Major industrial groups like Baidyanath Group, ITC, Volvo Eicher, Best Corp, SRF, and Dawat Group will be participating in the Regional Industry Conclave. Prominent foreign representatives representing Taiwan, Malaysia, Britain, Fiji, Japan, and Indonesia in the Conclave will also take part. Special guest MSME Minister Shri Chaitanya Kashyap, PWD Minister Shri Rakesh Singh and other public representatives will be present.
Before the RIC to be held in Jabalpur, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav held a meeting with industrialists from Chhindwara and other areas including Jabalpur, and encouraged industrial investment. The objective of the Conclave is to remove regional disparities in industrial development by harnessing regional potential. The aim is to promote regional development by acquainting the investors to the industrial capabilities and opportunities of the Jabalpur region. The objective of this innovative conclave is to promote cooperation by bringing investors from major markets on one platform and having meaningful discussions.
Detailed discussion on investment in specific areas will be held in regional sessions
Five regional sessions will be organized focusing on the investment potential of Jabalpur and surrounding areas. These include agriculture, food and dairy processing, defense, mining and minerals, textiles and apparel and tourism. There will also be round-table discussions with industry associations, start-ups and experts from defence, textiles and apparel.
The summit will also include over 300 buyer-seller meetings and one-to-one discussions. Jabalpur Expo and Defense Exhibition will also be organized to give the investors an experience of Mahakaushal. The event will conclude with a cultural program and networking dinner showcasing the culture and cuisine of the region.
