251st Board Meeting of Rajasthan Housing Board Held

Jaipur : The 251st board meeting of the Rajasthan Housing Board was held on Monday at the Board headquarters under the chairmanship of Mr. Debashish Prusty, Principal Secretary of the Urban Development Department and Chairman of the Board.

During the meeting, the Chairman highlighted the positive public response to the regular Wednesday auctions and premium property auctions, describing it as a sign of growing public trust. He directed officials to identify land in mission mode and initiate new residential schemes.

The board approved the New Model Building Regulations – 2025 and granted administrative and financial sanction for development works at City Park, Jaipur.

Housing Commissioner Dr. Rashmi Sharma instructed officials to ensure swift implementation of decisions and expedite pending tasks.

The meeting was attended by Secretary Dr. Anil Kumar Paliwal, Chief Engineer Mr. Amit Agarwal, Mr. T.S. Meena, Mr. Prateek Srivastava, Financial Advisor Mr. Rohtash Singh, and other senior officials.
