Registration Opens for UPSC & MPSC Pre-Training through BARTI

Mumbai, Aug 2025 : Under a comprehensive policy, registration has begun for UPSC and MPSC pre-training through BARTI. Eligible trainees for this programme will be selected through a Common Entrance Test (CET) and a scoring method. The final selection will be carried out by the Steering and Implementation Committee of the Competitive Examination Pre-Training Programme, based on educational qualifications, reservation criteria, and CET marks, according to BARTI’s office.

BARTI, TRTI, SARTHI, MahaJyoti, and RTI are institutions that implement various projects and schemes for the economic and social development of their beneficiary groups. They organise multiple competitive examinations and pre-training programmes for the youth—both male and female—of these beneficiary groups. A comprehensive policy has been framed by the government for implementing these training schemes.

As per this policy, all five institutions have issued advertisements for pre-training programmes in Delhi for eligible and interested candidates from across the state. These include the UPSC Civil Services Examination Pre-Training, Maharashtra UPSC Civil Services Examination Pre-Training, Maharashtra State Services Examination Pre-Training, Maharashtra Engineering Services Examination Pre-Training, and Maharashtra Judicial Services Examination Pre-Training.

Through BARTI, this training will be provided via reputed private professional training institutes, with the aim of enabling Scheduled Caste students to secure government jobs and achieve economic progress. BARTI is inviting online applications for this training.
