Minister Ramvichar Netam Meets Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh in Delhi Congratulates him on the success of Operation “Sindoor”

Raipur, Aug 2025 – During his visit to Delhi today, Chhattisgarh’s Minister for Farmers’ Welfare and Tribal Development, Shri Ramvichar Netam, paid a courtesy call on Union Defence Minister Shri Rajnath Singh at his residence office. On this occasion, Minister Netam congratulated Defence Minister Singh on the success of Operation “Sindoor.”

He also discussed with the Defence Minister the anti-Naxal operations being conducted in Chhattisgarh under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai. Minister Netam shared details of the state government’s efforts for tribal development in Naxal-affected areas under the Niyad Nellanar campaign. He informed that under the PM Janman Yojana, Dharati Aba Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan, and Niyad Nellanar Yojana, tribal families and their settlements are being fully saturated with benefits.

Speaking about the implementation of centrally and state-sponsored schemes, Minister Netam said that Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai is working with full commitment for the development of farmers, the poor, labourers, and all sections of society in Chhattisgarh, fulfilling the promises made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He added that people from all communities in Chhattisgarh are living happily. He also provided information about the effective implementation in Chhattisgarh of various public welfare schemes, including the Deendayal Upadhyaya Krishak Unnati Yojana and the Mahatari Vandan Yojana.
