79th India Independence Day Celebration at Kawrthah Forest Division

Mamit, Aug 2025: The Kawrthah Forest Division celebrated the 79th India Independence Day at the Division Office along with all division staff.

Chief Guest Pu Karthikeyan V, IFS, Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) of Kawrthah Forest Division, inspected the parade presented by the uniformed staff in their ceremonial dress, and he also unfurled the national flag. Addressing the gathering, the DFO expressed his appreciation for the dedication and hard work of the staff towards the division, and urged everyone to continue their efforts for the protection and preservation of Mizoram’s forests and wildlife with renewed commitment.
