Statewide “Aasa School Jiba” Campaign : Special Parent-Teacher Meetings Organized
Bhubaneswar, Aug 2025 : As part of the ongoing “Aasa School Jiba” campaign for the academic year 2025–26, special Parent-Teacher and School Management & Development Committee meetings were organized across the state.
The meetings focused on bringing out-of-school children back into the mainstream of education, enrolling them in age-appropriate classes, and ensuring that students continue their schooling without dropping out. Discussions were also held on preventive measures to address challenges that may hinder children’s education.
During these meetings, parents collectively took a “Group Pledge” to extend full cooperation to schools, ensure that no child is left out of the education system, and help create a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning environment where every child’s right to education is secured.
Senior officials from the School & Mass Education Department also attended these meetings in various districts, overseeing the process and providing necessary guidance and support.
