Schools Receive Fresh Bomb Threats, BJP’s ‘Four-Engine Government’ Has Failed in Delhi: Kejriwal

  • “Schools are receiving repeated threats, yet till today no one has been caught, nor has any action been taken” – Kejriwal
  • “Children and parents are living in fear, but BJP’s four-engine government has failed to provide them security” – Atishi
  • “For two years schools have been facing threats, but Amit Shah’s police has done nothing” – Anurag Dhanda

New Delhi, Aug 2025 : Once again, schools in Delhi have received bomb threats, prompting the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) to launch a sharp attack on the BJP. AAP leaders, including party convenor Arvind Kejriwal, expressed serious concern over the safety of children and parents after bomb threats were issued to two schools and one college in Dwarka. They accused the BJP’s so-called “four-engine government” of completely failing to protect Delhi.

Arvind Kejriwal, posting on X, said: “Today, Delhi Public School, Dwarka, along with several other schools, has again received bomb threats. Schools in Delhi are repeatedly threatened, but till today no one has been arrested, nor has any action been taken. BJP has failed to manage Delhi, and the law-and-order situation is in complete disarray. Their four-engine government has utterly failed in the capital.”

Leader of Opposition in the Delhi Assembly and senior AAP leader Atishi also targeted the BJP’s central government over the issue. Writing on X, she said: “The cycle of threats to schools is not stopping. Once again, Delhi schools have received bomb threats. What exactly is Delhi Police doing? Children and parents are terrified, but BJP’s four-engine government has failed to give them security.”

AAP’s national media in-charge Anurag Dhanda added: “For the past two years, Delhi schools have been continuously receiving such threats, but Amit Shah’s police has done absolutely nothing.”

AAP leader Jasmine Shah remarked that such terror threats to schools have become a “common occurrence” in Delhi for the past decade, yet not a single person has been punished. “If the Modi government cannot keep the children of the national capital safe, how can the country trust them to protect national security?” he asked.

Meanwhile, Ankush Narang, AAP’s Leader of Opposition in the MCD, said on X: “Once again, Delhi Public School Dwarka and several others have received bomb threats today. This is not the first such incident—schools in Delhi are constantly being targeted. Yet, no culprit has been caught, nor has any concrete action been taken. BJP’s four-engine government has failed both in governance and in maintaining law and order in the capital.
