Union Health and Family Welfare Minister J.P. Nadda visits Swaminarayan Temple

Takes darshan of Swaminarayan along with Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis

Mumbai, Aug 2025 : Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare J.P. Nadda visited the BAPS Swaminarayan Temple in Dadar and took darshan. On this occasion, he was accompanied by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Minister of Cultural Affairs Adv. Ashish Shelar, and Minister of Skill Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Mangal Prabhat Lodha.

Minister Nadda and Chief Minister Fadnavis also visited the temple premises, including the temple and Yogi Sabhagruh. At this time, Param Pujya Pramukh Swami Maharaj gave them information about the temple’s activities, the Brahmanand Shibir, the Hindola festival, and various programs conducted throughout the year. Followers pursuing Vedic learning welcomed them with chants of mantras.

Visit to Public Ganeshotsav Mandal in Bandra West

The ongoing Ganeshotsav is being celebrated as Maharashtra State Festival 2025. During his Mumbai visit, Union Minister J.P. Nadda also visited the Public Ganeshotsav Mandal in Bandra West. On this occasion, he interacted with various Ganesh devotees. On behalf of the Mandal, inspiring tableaux were presented. Among them, he paid tribute to the statue of Punyashlok Ahilyabai Holkar. On this occasion, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Minister of Cultural Affairs Adv. Ashish Shelar were present.
