Transport Minister Inaugurates Training Program in Bengaluru

Sept 2025 : Recently, Transport Minister Pu Vanlalhlana inaugurated the “Zirna Kutpui” training program organized by the Mizo Students’ Association (MSA), Bangalore for this year at the United Theological College, Bengaluru.

During the inauguration, the Minister emphasized the importance of youth understanding their roots and the culture of Mizoram, even while living and studying outside the state. He said that in today’s globalized world, it is essential for young people to acquire knowledge and skills that will help them compete effectively at national and international levels. He added that the program would help students develop essential competencies and prepare them to face future challenges responsibly.

Pu Vanlalhlana highlighted that students should cultivate diverse skills and strengthen their character. He encouraged them to strive for excellence, uphold discipline, and demonstrate integrity in both government and private sector careers. The Minister also stressed that opportunities for development are abundant in the modern era, and students should take advantage of them to become competitive, disciplined, and responsible individuals.

The training program was organized under the guidance of MSA Vice President Tv. Benjamin Zorinsanga, and the report on the event was presented by MSA Secretary Nl. Lalhminghlui. The program focused on developing leadership skills, ethical conduct, and overall personality enhancement for the participating students.
