Rationalization: Education Made Easier at Primary School Phulwaari
Increased Self-Confidence in Children Due to Teacher Availability
Raipur, Sept 2025 : In line with Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Dev Sai’s vision to improve the educational situation in rural and remote areas, schools and teachers have been rationalized. Under this rationalization, teachers have been appointed based on the student population in schools that previously had no teachers, resulting in an improvement in the quality of education in these schools. As part of this process, the single-teacher school at Primary School Phulwaari, in the Padmapur cluster, now has two additional teachers, illuminating new educational opportunities for students.
Teacher Ms. Chetna Sahu from Primary School Phulwaari reported that previously there was only one teacher for a total of 95 students, but with the rationalization now allowing for three teachers, the quality of education has improved significantly. Students are receiving quality education as a result. She mentioned that this government initiative is a meaningful step towards providing quality education to children in schools. With sufficient teachers available, students are gaining opportunities to engage in innovations and various educational activities. This has boosted the children’s self-confidence, and they are rapidly progressing towards quality education. The positive changes in the education system due to rationalization are clearly visible. Parents of the students have noted that compared to before, their children are now attending school with greater interest and performing better in their studies. Parents expressed their gratitude to the government and administration for the educational improvements and enhancement of education quality brought about by the rationalization plan.
