Government has approved projects worth around Rs. 70 crores for the development of Thanesar city : Subhash Sudha

Chandigarh – Haryana Minister of State for Urban Local Bodies, Sh. Subhash Sudha, said that the state government has approved an amount of approximately Rs. 70 crore for carrying out the development works in Thanesar city, including the installation of paver blocks in streets and roads, and water supply and other developmental works.

The Minister directed the officers of the Municipal Council to commence the necessary actions for these plans soon.

Sh. Subhash Sudha was addressing people’s grievances during the Janta Darbar held at sector 7 Kurukshetra. He directed the officers to work diligently and ensure redressal of the grievances of the people at the earliest. Any negligence in this matter will not be tolerated, directed the Minister.

Sh. Subhash Sudha said that development works are ongoing at a fast pace in the Thanesar constituency.  The government has approved projects worth Rs. 70 crores for carrying out small and large development projects in this area.

The Minister directed the officers concerned to keep a close watch on those abandoning stray animals on the city’s borders. He directed the officers to ensure that stray animals are kept in gaushalas.
