Transparent and Fair Recruitment Processes Have Secured the Future of Youth: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai

CM Distributes Appointment Letters to 233 Selected Laboratory Technicians in Higher Education Department

Raipur, Oct 2025: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai distributed appointment letters to 233 candidates selected for the post of Laboratory Technician under the Higher Education Department at a ceremony held in the auditorium of Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur.

Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that transparent and reliable recruitment processes have secured the future of the youth in the state. He informed that over 10,000 government jobs have been provided in various departments over the past 20 months.

CM Sai stated that appointments are being made in several departments, including Police, Electricity, Cooperation, Public Health Engineering, and Tribal Development. He announced that soon, 700 Assistant Professors will be recruited in the Higher Education Department and 5,000 teachers in the School Education Department.

Calling the event a historic and joyous occasion, the Chief Minister said this is the first time such a large number of appointment letters have been distributed at once, marking a milestone in building a developed Chhattisgarh. He congratulated the newly appointed laboratory technicians and urged them to perform their duties with dedication, integrity, and responsibility.

The Chief Minister added that the state government’s new industrial policy is creating massive employment opportunities. Under this policy, investment proposals worth around ₹7 lakh crore have been received, and industrial unit establishment has already begun in many cases. These industries will provide direct and indirect employment to a large number of people across the state.

Higher Education Minister Tankaram Verma, in his address, said that under the leadership of CM Vishnu Deo Sai, significant progress has been achieved in every sector of Chhattisgarh over the last 20 months. He emphasized that all recruitment processes in every department are being completed with full transparency and fairness.

Congratulating the newly appointed laboratory technicians, Minister Verma said that they will play a vital role in elevating their colleges to new heights and in contributing to the vision of a developed Chhattisgarh. He also praised the officials of the Higher Education Department for completing the entire three-phase counselling process within just three months, without any controversy, calling it a commendable achievement.

On this occasion, Technical Education and Skill Development Minister Khushwant Saheb, Vice-Chancellor of Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University Dr. Sachchidanand Shukla, Higher Education Secretary Dr. S. Bharathidasan, departmental officials, and a large number of newly appointed laboratory technicians were present.
