Bring progress in making and approving KCC cases – Collector Shri Kartikeya Goyal
Collector Shri Kartikeya Goyal held a time-bound meeting in the Collectorate assembly room today. During this, he reviewed the departmental works and inquired about the progress of KCC construction. Expressing displeasure over the slow pace of work of KCC cases to the Fisheries and Horticulture Department, he directed the departmental staff to prepare the cases and take necessary follow-up from the bank. During this, he directed to bring necessary progress within a week on less case approval by the Apex Bank On Collector Shri Goyal seeking information regarding the dengue control program and the situation in the blood bank, the CMHO informed that continuous survey and source reduction work is being done, along with this, the work has become easier due to the support of the police force to the team. On finding dengue larvae, Temephos is being sprayed immediately.
Along with this, he told that sufficient amount of blood is available in the blood bank. Collector Shri Goyal directed to ensure necessary action for redressal regarding the departmental action received against the employees who were absent for a long time without information. Collector Mr. Goyal directed to re-activate the Youth Center present in the development block for the preparation of competitive examinations of the youth, so that the youth can get maximum benefit.
Collector Mr. Goyal, while reviewing the applications received for the services provided in e-district, has instructed to enter the applications received from Public Service Center and Choice Center and review them every week. Collector Mr. Karthikeya Goyal inquired about the action taken regarding the slow progress of construction of Prime Minister’s housing in urban bodies. He instructed the Commissioner Municipal Corporation and the concerned officials to regularly monitor the works of construction of Prime Minister’s housing. He took information from the Water Resources Department regarding water filling and drainage of dams. The concerned officer informed that the water level is controlled along with drainage. Collector Mr. Goyal said that the situation is better at present, along with this he instructed to keep an eye on the waterlogged areas. Collector Mr. Goyal instructed the Health Department to inspect the residential schools, hostels and Agniveer Training Centers in tribal and urban areas and to make necessary cleanliness and drainage arrangements in places with waterlogging to prevent dengue.
During this, he directed to collect information about distribution of saplings to the beneficiaries of Mahtari Vandan under the scheme Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam and do monitoring. He directed all departmental officers to provide information regarding rain water harvesting in the offices. Also, while reviewing various complaint portals like CM Jandarshan, Collector Jandarshan, he directed for early and quality resolution of pending cases of the departments.
On this occasion, CEO District Panchayat Mr. Jitendra Yadav, Additional Collector Mr. Rajiv Kumar Pandey, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Mr. Sunil Kumar Chandravanshi, DSP Mr. Akhilesh Kaushik and other district level officers were present.
All preparations complete for Prayas Vidyalaya, 125 seats approved for class IX
Collector Shri Goyal took information regarding the preparations for starting Prayas Residential School. Assistant Commissioner Tribal Development informed that Prayas Residential School is to be started in Livelywood College Garh Umariya for class IX from the academic session 2024-25. For which basic facilities have been arranged. He informed that for the successful operation of the school, Administrative Officer cum Principal, Superintendent, other clerical staff and servants have been ordered to work. High level teachers will be made available by contracting Chaukhambha Society from the state level for teaching and coaching work in Prayas Residential School. 125 seats have been approved for class IX in the school academic session 2024-25, for which the process of counseling for admission is being done from the state.
