CM Dr. Yadav Pays Courtesy Call on Union Minister Dr. Khattar
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav paid a courtesy call on Union Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs Dr. Manohar Lal Khattar at his residence on Sunday evening during his visit to New Delhi. During the meeting, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav informed Union Minister Dr. Khattar about preparations and other major projects linked to Simhastha 2028 event.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav apprised the Union Minister in detail about infrastructural development works in the Simhastha area, proposals for their expansion, traffic management, cleanliness, sanctity, river conservation, drinking water arrangements and temporary accommodation construction. He said that the state government is working on various multi-dimensional plans to make Simhastha 2028 an international-level event of highest standard.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also briefed him on the progress of major schemes of central government such as Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, AMRUT Mission, Smart City initiative, power projects and other schemes related to urban infrastructure.
Present in the meeting were Additional Chief Secretary (Chief Minister Office) Shri Neeraj Mandloi, senior officials of the Union Ministry of Power, Housing and Urban Affairs and senior officers of state government.
