20 pairs of bulls distributed free of cost to Baiga families, farming work will become easier
Bilaspur district administration and Animal Husbandry Department have provided 20 pairs of bulls free of cost to the special backward tribe Baiga families of village Nagchuwa and Dhuma of Kota development block under the Pradhan Mantri Janman Yojana. Getting bulls will make farming easier for these Baiga families of extremely backward tribe. Animal Husbandry Development Department has trained nomadic animals and provided these 20 pairs of bulls for agriculture work. During handing over the pair of bulls to the Baiga families, Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Nagchuwa Ishwari Bai Khusro, Deputy Sarpanch of Dhuma Santosh Baghel, Joint Director of Animal Husbandry Development Department Dr. G.S.S. Tanwar and Senior Veterinary Surgeon Dr. Animesh Jaiswal along with departmental officers and villagers were present.
