AAP’s Health Model Shines in Goa: Over 20,000 Patients Treated Through 800 Health Camps

Goa, Dec 2025 : For a long time, Goa’s politics suffered from one major gap — healthcare simply didn’t reach every household. People had to travel to big hospitals in the cities even for minor illnesses. Time, money, and expensive medicines made treatment a burden for common people. Governments came and went, speeches and promises were plenty, but people’s suffering and health problems remained the same.

Then the Aam Aadmi Party took a different, ground-level approach. They said, “Healthcare should reach the people, not the other way around.” With this vision, large-scale health camps were set up across Goa, where treatment was delivered directly to the people. Today, the situation has changed completely. More than 800 health camps have been organized, and over 20,000 patients have received free or extremely affordable medical care. Elderly people received medicines at their doorstep, children were examined immediately, and women had their blood pressure checked without any fee.

No long queues, no recommendations—just direct treatment for the people.

The BJP government talked a lot about budgets and announcements, but the public never saw the benefit. Sometimes doctors were unavailable, sometimes medicines were out of stock, and in many places even reaching a hospital was difficult. On the other hand, the Aam Aadmi Party focused not on publicity but on real work. And this work is now visible in every neighborhood and village. People easily know when the health camps are held, what treatments are provided, and what medicines are available for free. What once felt like imagination has now become reality.

In Goa, politics is no longer running on slogans but on real experiences. Earlier, people had to think twice before stepping out for treatment; now, relief is just a few steps from home. Trust in the government healthcare system had been broken, but these health camps have revived that trust. This is why, ahead of the panchayat elections, the public mood appears changed. For the first time, people are saying that change is not just on paper—it has entered their lives.

Goa is gradually realizing that real politics is the one that makes life easier. When treatment is nearby, tests are free, medicines are accessible, and illness does not become a burden—only then does the government’s impact become visible. Today, thousands of families are experiencing this shift. With panchayat elections around the corner, conversations are no longer about speeches or posters, but about real work. People are saying: the one who brought healthcare to our doorstep is the one we trust.

This trust has become AAP’s biggest strength today. Health reforms in Goa have not just begun—they are progressing strongly, and the credit for driving this forward goes to the Aam Aadmi Party.
