Release of Travelogue “Meri Nazar Se Arunachal Pradesh” in Assembly Complex
Raipur, December 2025: Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh and Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today released the travelogue “Meri Nazar Se Arunachal Pradesh”, written by Dr. Avdhesh Mishra, State Editor of the electronic TV channel BSTV, based on the Arunachal Pradesh trip organized by the Journalist Gallery Advisory Committee, at the Assembly complex.
On this occasion, Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh emphasized the special significance of travel in life. He said that journeys not only relieve stress but also refresh and energize individuals. Sharing his personal experience, he mentioned that he regularly reads travelogues, a habit he developed after reading works of Rahul Sankrityayan. Dr. Singh congratulated Dr. Avdhesh Mishra, appreciating the effort to document the committee’s journey and noting that this travelogue will also be useful for other tourists. He further stated that India itself has so many scenic locations that there is no need to travel abroad, highlighting the North East for its natural beauty, cultural heritage, and clean environment.
Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai described the event as a historic moment and extended his best wishes to all journalists. He said that traveling to a beautiful state like Arunachal Pradesh on behalf of the Assembly and sharing the experience through writing is commendable. CM Sai added that during his tenure as a state minister, he undertook several visits to North East states and, under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, facilitated developmental work there. He congratulated Dr. Avdhesh Mishra, noting that the travelogue will serve as a guide for tourists and inspire others to write travelogues in the future.
