Haryana Rajya Sabha By-Election Schedule announced

Chandigarh —The schedule for the by-election for a Rajya Sabha seat in Haryana has been announced.

Sharing more information in this regard, Managing Director, Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam and Returning Officer for the Rajya Sabha by-election 2024, Dr. Saket Kumar  said that nominations can be submitted by any candidate on any working day, except holidays, at the Haryana Vidhan Sabha Secretariat in Sector-1, Chandigarh, between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. until August 21, 2024.

He further shared that the scrutiny of nomination papers will take place on August 22 at 10 a.m. Candidates can withdraw their nominations until August 27. If necessary, voting will be held on September 3, 2024, at the Haryana Vidhan Sabha Secretariat from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
