Paris, September 2026: Indian Ambassador to France H.E. Sanjeev Kumar Singla hosted Mizoram Legislative Assembly Speaker Lalbiakzama and his wife for dinner in Paris on Tuesday.
Lalbiakzama and his wife are currently on a post-conference tour of France after attending the 69th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference in Cape Town, South Africa. The post-conference tour has been arranged by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.
The Mizoram Legislative Assembly Speaker and his wife arrived in Paris on Sunday, September 20. The Indian Embassy in France made arrangements for their visit, and Ambassador Sanjeev Kumar Singla hosted a dinner for them at The Crossing Indian Bistro in Paris on September 22.
During the dinner, the Mizoram Legislative Assembly Speaker held a cordial interaction with representatives of the Government of India and discussed various matters of mutual interest.
Lalbiakzama was accompanied by Lalthangmawia, Additional Secretary of the Mizoram Legislative Assembly.
