Voting tomorrow for 23 Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats in the State

Mumbai, Dec 2025 : Voting will be held on Saturday, December 20, for the posts of President and Members of 23 Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats in the state, as well as for 143 member seats across various Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats. Counting of votes for all Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats will take place on December 21, 2025.

The State Election Commission had announced the election schedule for 288 Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats on November 4, 2025. Accordingly, voting was held on December 2, 2025, for 263 Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats. Voting for the remaining bodies will take place tomorrow. Counting of votes at all respective locations will begin at 10 am on December 21, 2025.
