CM Yogi congratulates newly appointed Leader of Opposition Mata Prasad Pandey

Lucknow : At the start of the monsoon session of the Legislature, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday congratulated Leader of the Opposition Mata Prasad Pandey. CM Yogi presented him with a bouquet and extended his best wishes to the newly appointed Leader of the Opposition and former Speaker of the Assembly.

The CM expressed confidence that the opposition will also make a valuable contribution to the successful conduct of the monsoon session.

Additionally, the Chief Minister inaugurated the newly constructed committee room at Vidhan Bhavan before the session began.

CM Yogi Adityanath also released the souvenir titled ‘Uttar Pradesh Vidhan Sabha mein Mananiya Adhyaksh Satish Mahana ke do varsh’ (Two years of Honorable Speaker Satish Mahana in Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly).

The Chief Minister also greeted everyone in the corridor of Vidhan Bhavan.

During this, Assembly Speaker Satish Mahana, Legislative Council Chairman Manvendra Singh, Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, Brajesh Pathak, Leader of Opposition Mata Prasad Pandey, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Khanna, Mayankeshwar Sharan Singh, Congress MLA Anuradha Mishra ‘Mona’, SP MLA Om Prakash Singh, Sangram Singh Yadav, Jaikumar Singh Jackie, Akash Saxena, Premsagar Patel etc. were present.
