Consul General of France meets Governor Radhakrishnan
The Consul General of France in Mumbai Jean Marc Sere Charlet called on Maharashtra Governor C P Radhakrishnan at Raj Bhavan Mumbai on Monday (21 Oct).
The Consul General told the Governor that France was keen to expand academic collaboration with Maharashtra in the form of student and cultural exchange. He told the Governor that it is not necessary to know French to study in France. He added that more than 1700 University programmes in France are offered in English. The Consul General told the Governor that the year 2026 is being commemorated as the France-India Year of Innovation.
