State Project Director and School Education Commissioner Dr. Rashmi Sharma Inspects Rajasthan Sampark Portal

– Directs Swift and Quality Resolution of Public Grievances
– Reviews Cases Related to School Administration, Transfer Certificates and Mark Sheets on the Spot

Jaipur, June 2026: The School Education Department of Rajasthan is continuously working to implement Chief Minister Mr. Bhajanlal Sharma’s vision of good governance and the policy of zero pendency. In line with this objective, on Tuesday, Commissioner of the Rajasthan School Education Council and State Project Director of the Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan, Dr. Rashmi Sharma, inspected the Rajasthan Sampark Portal 181 Helpline section at the Secretariat.

During the visit, she reviewed public grievances related to the Education Department, assessed the status of their resolution, and analyzed feedback received from citizens. She also conducted an on-the-spot review of issues concerning school administration, transfer certificates (TCs), and mark sheets.

According to dashboard data, out of a total of 3,563 complaints received, 3,327 have been successfully resolved. The department has ensured the disposal of more than 93 percent of the registered cases through prompt action.

The State Project Director emphasized prioritizing women’s empowerment, inclusive education, and student welfare. She stated that the state government is fully committed to providing students with a safe, fear-free, and quality educational environment. She further noted that strengthening school infrastructure, ensuring adequate availability of drinking water, and timely documentation are among the department’s highest priorities.

Dr. Sharma instructed officials that complaints registered on the Rajasthan Sampark Portal should not only be resolved within the stipulated timeframe but also ensure complete satisfaction of the complainants with the relief provided. She clarified that the goals of Viksit Rajasthan @2047 can only be achieved by further strengthening public grievance hearings and rapid redressal mechanisms.

Additional State Project Director Mr. Ashok Kumar Meena, along with other senior departmental officials and technical experts from the IT wing, was present during the inspection.

Notably, under the directions of Chief Minister Mr. Bhajanlal Sharma, secretaries of all departments are visiting the Rajasthan Sampark Helpline 181 Control Room on scheduled dates and interacting directly with complainants to ensure speedy resolution of public grievances. Through this initiative, citizens can register complaints from their homes and receive prompt solutions.
