Saints Teachings Show Path to Better Life: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the teachings of saints illuminate the path to a better life in the spiritual realm. He said that moral values are essential in shaping an individual’s life, and that India’s festivals and traditions convey meaningful messages for the welfare of humanity.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the Guru Purnima Mahotsav at Shri Jugal Kishore Temple during his visit to Panna on Friday. On the occasion, he sought the blessings of Sant Shri Shri 108 Mahant Swami Kishordas Ji Maharaj, who had arrived from Shridham Vrindavan. He also greeted devotees from various places and urged them to imbibe the inspiring messages imparted by saints.

Panna is Reflection of Vrindavan

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the sacred land of Panna is a reflection of Vrindavan, just as Orchha is revered as the Ayodhya of Bundelkhand. He called upon people to serve Gau Mata and celebrate the festivals of all religions with enthusiasm. The Chief Minister also emphasised the importance of promoting Vikram Samvat, and developing places associated with Bhagwan Shri Ram and Bhagwan Shri Krishna as major pilgrimage destinations. He said that the State’s CM Rise Schools are now being operated as Sandipani Vidyalayas. The Chief Minister announced that Gita Bhavans and libraries will be established in all urban local bodies across Madhya Pradesh. He added that the State Government is also moving forward rapidly with the concept of developing Vrindavan Grams. The Chief Minister emphasised the need to progress from Dharmarth (charitable acts) to Parmarth (selfless service for the greater good).

One Law for All Religions in the State

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that there will now be one law for all religions in Madhya Pradesh. He stated that the State is progressing on the path of development through the spirit of harmony among all faiths. The Chief Minister also announced that a three-day Katha Mahotsav will be organised annually in Panna and that a Sanskrit school will be established in the district.

Panna MLA and former Minister Shri Brijendra Pratap Singh said that the congregation of saints in Panna is a matter of great fortune. He added that under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, the State Government is actively working to preserve and promote the State’s cultural heritage. Member of Parliament Shri Vishnu Dutt Sharma, Rajnagar MLA Shri Arvind Pateriya, other public representatives, and a large number of devotees and local residents were present on the occasion.

Chief Minister Offers Prayers at Shri Jugal Kishore Temple

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav visited Shri Jugal Kishore Temple, offered prayers to Bhagwan Shri Jugal Kishore, and sought divine blessings. He performed traditional rituals and prayed for the peace, prosperity and well-being of the people of Madhya Pradesh.
