Chief Minister Dr. Yadav Meets Shri Nabin and Union Minister Shri Pradhan in New Delhi

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav paid a courtesy visit to Rajya Sabha Member and National President Shri Nitin Nabin and Union Education Minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan in New Delhi on Friday. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also extended his congratulations and best wishes to Shri Suvendu Adhikari on being elected the leader of ‘Vidhayak Dal’ in West Bengal.

West Bengal to Witness Rapid Development

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, while congratulating Shri Suvendu Adhikari on being chosen as the new leader of the legislature party in West Bengal, said that Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah has fulfilled an important responsibility in accordance with the democratic process. He said that in the 75th year of independence, the faith expressed by the people of West Bengal would pave the way for a new government committed to the state’s progress. In the coming years, West Bengal will witness rapid development and advance swiftly towards good governance and public welfare.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that under the leadership of Shri Suvendu Adhikari, who is set to assume the responsibility of Chief Minister, a new dawn of development will emerge in West Bengal.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav Shares Information on Development Works in Madhya Pradesh

During his meeting with Rajya Sabha Member and National President Shri Nitin Nabin, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav held detailed discussions on various national, organisational and development-related issues. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also formally invited Shri Nabin to visit Madhya Pradesh. He said that development works in the state are progressing rapidly and that effective implementation of public welfare schemes is being ensured through coordination between the Central and State Governments.

Union Education Minister to Visit Madhya Pradesh

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also met Union Education Minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan and briefed him in detail on Madhya Pradesh’s achievements in the education sector. Referring to the National Education Policy-2020, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav informed Shri Pradhan that Madhya Pradesh was among the first states in the country to implement the policy.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav informed the Union Minister that the state government has undertaken several important initiatives prioritising quality improvement in education, the Indian knowledge tradition, technical education and skill development. He said that Sandipani Schools would be developed as model institutions. Shri Pradhan is scheduled to visit Madhya Pradesh next month to review the arrangements at Sandipani Schools. Discussions will also be held regarding providing employment-oriented education to youth and strengthening cooperation with the Central Government. During his two-day visit to Madhya Pradesh, Union Minister Shri Pradhan will also deliberate on equipping youth with modern perspectives and skills aligned with contemporary subjects and emerging needs.
