NEW DELHI, June 2026 : The appeal by Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal to socially boycott the ‘Chanda-Chors’ (donation thieves) for stealing donations and offerings from the Bhagwan Shri Ram Mandir appears to be widely gaining traction. Prabhu Shri Ram’s ‘bhakts’ (devotees) have begun boycotting the ‘chanda-chors’, with the movement starting in Ayodhya itself. The Ayodhya Bar Association has not only announced a boycott of the ‘chanda-chors’ but has also decided not to represent them in court.

Welcoming the Ayodhya Bar Association’s decision, AAP National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal stated on ‘X’, “The Bar Association has boycotted the ‘Chadhava-Chors’. A few days ago, I had said that the government is shamelessly standing with the Ram Mandir ‘Chanda-Chors’. Several of these ‘Chanda-Chors’ are themselves part of the government. The government is busy protecting them. Now the entire country must socially boycott the ‘Chanda-Chors’ and those who support them.”

After expressing anguish over the ‘chanda-chori’ (theft of offerings) from the Ram Mandir, Arvind Kejriwal visited Ayodhya last Friday, where he offered prayers to Bhagwan Shri Ram and prayed for punishment for those responsible for the theft. During a press conference in Ayodhya, he had appealed to the people of the country to socially boycott the ‘chanda-chors’. “These people will do nothing against the ‘chanda-chors’ because everyone, from top to bottom, is hand in glove. If even the Prime Minister is so helpless before Champat Rai, one can imagine how deeply everyone is involved,” he said.

The AAP Chief had appealed, stating, “Whether the law does its job or not, together we will ensure that justice is done. Bhagwan Ram will also punish these people. It is now the responsibility of society to begin socially boycotting every ‘chanda-chor’ and all those who support or stand with them. Otherwise, you too will become partners in this ‘paap’.”

Arvind Kejriwal had further said, “Those who were not loyal to Bhagwan Shri Ram, those who looted Bhagwan Ram Himself, how can they ever be loyal to you? Those who did not spare Bhagwan Ram, how will they spare the ‘rashtra’? I appeal to the entire country that this is a Dharma Yudh. Everyone must rise and stand up for it. Every citizen must join this fight of Dharma Yudh.”
