Prabhat Pheri and Cleanliness Drive Held on Gandhi Jayanti by District Legal Services Authority, Jaipur

Prabhat Pheri Organized on the Occasion of Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti – Held under the Aegis of District Legal Services Authority, Jaipur Metropolitan – Shramdaan Conducted under Swachhata Hi Seva Abhiyan

Jaipur : On the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti, a Prabhat Pheri (morning procession) and cleanliness program were organized by the students of Government Maharaja Girls Higher Secondary School under the guidance of the Chairman of the District Legal Services Authority (District and Sessions Judge), Jaipur Metropolitan II.

The Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority, Mrs. Pallavi Sharma, and Mr. Pawan Jinwal flagged off the Prabhat Pheri. Addressing the students, Mr. Jinwal emphasized that adopting Gandhiji’s philosophy and principles would be the true way to honor the Father of the Nation.

He highlighted that the Legal Services Authority, through its various programs, has created a significant impact among students, the general public, women, and the elderly, providing substantial benefits to these groups.

As part of the event, voluntary cleaning (Shramdaan) was carried out in the school and its surrounding areas, reinforcing the theme of “Cleanliness is Service.” During this activity, students were especially urged to maintain a clean and healthy environment, which is essential for the well-being of future generations.

The special campaign “Swachhata Hi Seva,” initiated by the Honorable Rajasthan High Court, aims to bring Gandhiji’s ideology of simple living and high thinking into practice to create a better future.

School Principal Mrs. Pukhraj Arya, Legal Literacy Club In-charge Mrs. Hina Akhtar, along with other teachers, officers, and employees of the District Legal Services Authority, were present at the event.
