Seven Members Take Oath of Membership for the Legislative Council

Mumbai : Seven members appointed by the Governor for the Maharashtra Legislative Council took their oaths of membership today. The members Hemant Shriram Patil, Pankaj Chhagan Bhujbal, Mrs. Manisha Kayande, Idris Elias Naikwadi, Vikrant Patil, Dharmaguru Babusingh Maharaj Rathod, and Mrs. Chitra Kishor Wagh were administered the oath by the Deputy Chairperson of the Legislative Council, Dr. Neelam Gorhe.

The oath-taking ceremony took place in the central hall of Vidhan Bhavan, Mumbai, at 12 noon.
