Udhayanidhi Stalin Provides Assistance to Sanitation Workers Engaged in Northeast Monsoon Relief Efforts
Chennai : Following the orders of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Mr. M.K. Stalin, the Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister, Mr. Udhayanidhi Stalin, provided snacks, bread, and biscuits to over 600 sanitation workers who have been tirelessly involved in the northeast monsoon relief operations.
Today, Mr. Udhayanidhi Stalin visited the Perambakkam-Thiruvellikeni Constituency Member’s office and distributed essential items to sanitation workers. He also inspected the arrangements at the Royapuram Zone 9 Urban Primary Health Center located on Sengatirangam Pillai Street, where public meals were being served as part of the relief efforts.
Furthermore, at the health center, he observed the functioning of a special medical camp that had been set up, interacting with patients to understand their medical needs. The special camp included six medical personnel, including a doctor, a nurse, and a paramedic.
The event was attended by Central Chennai MP Mr. Dayanidhi Maran, Greater Chennai Corporation Zonal Officer (Works) Mr. Pan. Chittarasu, Zonal Committee Member Mr. S. Madanmohan, Regional Monitoring Officer Mr. M. Pratap, I.A.S., Deputy Commissioner (Works) Mr. Senthil Krishnamoorthy, I.A.S., and other officials.
